About the position
What you’ll do:
Conduct research, measure and report Mkono’s impact in Kenya by engaging with entrepreneurs, communities and ensuring liaison with donors.
Lead the creation of Mkono’s Annual Impact Report by collaborating with various teams within the organization.
Strategize on the use of key metrics and stay current with other microfinance organizations
Assist in developing content for fundraising efforts alongside the fundraising team.
You’ll be expected to work on average 2-5 hours per week, for a minimum commitment of 12 months, starting ASAP (specific date is flexible).
What you’ll need:
Ability to work autonomously and hands-on.
Strong interest in social impact, Kenyan culture, entrepreneurship and microfinance.
High attention to detail, impeccable writing, and intellectual curiosity.
Be fluent in English, written and verbal.
2+ years of work experience.
