About the position
Community Connect Toronto is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to be part of our growing team as we work to reduce food insecurity in Toronto.
We are looking for an organized, analytical Administrative Coordinator, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to handle various duties and admin-related operations.
In this role, you will field interdepartmental communications, respond to communications, and oversee administrative tasks for the organization.
To ensure success as an Administrative Coordinator, you should be committed to providing attentive support for internal and external parties.

Requirements
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator with the following attributes:
Communication:
Strong written and communication skills
Receiving written and verbal correspondence and documenting it accordingly for the management team
Strong organizational skills and time management
Computer Skills:
General understanding of Google forms, Google Sheets, and Word
Strong typing abilities (60 WPM "Words per Minute") is recommended
Client Management:
Responsible for making and receiving calls from clients and community members
Booking meetings and appointments.

About the organization
Community Connect Toronto ("CCT") was established in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. CCT is filling a big gap - to serve hungry neighbors!
Since our inception, CCT and our partners have proudly served 2000 families and 12k individuals (accounting for a 5.5 median per household), with a daily, volunteer run, delivery and pick up system; entirely with in-kind direct donations so far.
Impact
Through your administrative responsibilities you will ensure the smooth daily operation of Community Connect Toronto's activities. You will be ensuring that no one who reaches out to our organization has to go hungry again.
